Chapters
Lists the chapters.
Roster for
Displays the members enrolled in the selected chapter for the selected term.
Term
■ Current - Enable to display only those members who have terms that include the date displayed in the Effective Date field. The From date must be on or before this date and the Thru date must be on or after this date.
■ All - Enable to display in the roster, all members who have served, are serving, or will be a member of the chapter.
■ Future - Enable to display only those members whose term beings in the future (the From date is after the Effective Date).
■ Past - Enable to display only those members whose terms have expired (the Thru date is before the Effective Date).
Effective Date
Displays the date upon which the radio button selections are based. Defaults to the current system date.
Change Eff Date
Enables edit of the Effective Date field.
Id
Specifies the member's ID number, or click the lookup icon to select an ID. When you enter the ID, the member's full name displays to the right of the field.
From
Specifies the start date of the term.
Thru
Specifies the end date of the term.
Opens the Chapter Reports window where you can export chapter membership data as well as print rosters and a month-end report based on chapter enrollments, statistical reports, and labels.
To assign a member to a chapter
To add a member to a chapter, you need their customer ID and the code for the chapter to which you are adding the member. Before you can enter lists of chapter enrollees, you must define chapter codes on the Manage chapters window.
1. From Customers, select Manage chapter rosters to open the Set up chapter rosters window.
2. Select the chapter from the Chapters scrolling list to which you want to add the member.
3. Click New.
4. Enter the member's Id, or click the lookup icon to select an ID.
5. Select the appropriate enrollment Term.
6. (optional) Enter the From and Thru dates of the enrollment period.
Note: When you enter the From date and press Tab, iMIS automatically populates the Thru field with a date one full year from the From date. You can override this value.
7. Click Save.
To edit a chapter enrollment
In the Manage chapter rosters window you can edit any information on a particular enrollee except the chapter to which the member is assigned, and the ID associated with the record.
1. From Customers, select Manage chapter rosters.
2. Select the chapter from the Chapters list and a term selection that includes the record.
3. Select the record from the roster.
4. Click Edit.
5. Make your changes.
6. Click Save.
To delete a chapter enrollment
1. From Customers, select Manage chapter rosters to open the Set up chapter rosters window.
2. Select the chapter from the Chapters scrolling list and a term selection that includes the record.
3. Select the record from the roster.
4. Click Delete. A message displays prompting you to confirm the deletion.
5. Click Yes.
